Keynotes and talks

One argument, built for that audience, on a stage or in a hall.

What this is

Conference and event talks, twenty to forty five minutes, on commercial digital leadership, AI in practice, and e-commerce. Speaker, presenter, keynote, same thing, different words. Danish or English.

What usually brings people here

A programme that needs a session with something at stake in it, not a survey of trends. Or an event where the audience will include both the people who will pay for this and the people who will have to run it.

What I do

We agree the audience and the one thing they should leave with, in a sentence. Then I build the argument around that. I talk about what has not worked as well as what has, because a room that has been oversold to for two years reads honesty as competence.

How it runs

A short call about the audience, the programme and the room. Slides if the venue needs them, and a version of the talk that survives being the third session after lunch.

Something here you want to talk about?
