Leadership sessions

A closed room, your roadmap, and a decision at the end.

What this is

A working session with a leadership team or a board on a decision that is actually in front of them. Ninety minutes to half a day. Not a talk delivered to fewer people.

What usually brings people here

AI is on the agenda with no owner and no number attached. A replatforming decision that is being argued in features. Or a team where everyone privately disagrees about priorities and no meeting has ever made that visible.

What I do

I ask for the current plan and the numbers behind it before we meet. In the room we work through the real options, what each one costs, what it prevents, and who owns it in twelve months. I say which one I would pick and why, because a facilitator with no opinion is expensive company.

How it runs

A short call, the material in advance, then the session. You get a written summary of what was decided and what was deliberately left open.
